Meet Our Staff
Children naturally look up to their counselors and instructors. The character of your child's counselor is incredibly important to us. As directors, we devote a great deal of our time to personally interview each prospective staff member.
Our staff goes through a rigorous training program. Throughout the summer we have weekly meetings and individual counseling sessions for continued professional development. While Lenox has some new faces on staff every summer, many are familiar faces from years before.
Our core staff is made up of veterans — mature, professional educators, coaches, and teachers. Additionally, many of the counselors are former campers who have been through our Collegian leadership training program.
