Camp Lenox is a spirited place with high standards. We’re looking for staff who are responsible, positive, and great with kids, and who want to be part of a team.

What matters most to our recruitment staff is maturity, energy, and the ability to show up consistently, even on long days. The best staff members at Lenox are the ones who bring good judgment, a great attitude, and real care for the campers around them.
