Not necessarily. We hire a mix of returning staff and first-time counselors. What matters most is maturity, energy, responsibility, and the ability to work well with kids and teammates.

Staff are placed with a bunk group based on camp needs and experience. You may work with younger campers or older campers, and you’ll be trained and supported either way.
Staff receive scheduled time off throughout the summer. Specific days and times vary by role, and we share the full details during the hiring process.
