LIFE CYCLE
One of the things families love most about Camp Lenox is that it isn’t designed to be a one-summer experience. Campers grow and move through a progression, year by year, gaining confidence and independence.
At Lenox, becoming a Collegian (campers entering 11th grade) is the peak of the camper journey. It’s what many campers work toward, and it’s a key part of what makes the Lenox community so strong. Every division is its own chapter, and each chapter builds on the one before it.

Campers are grouped by division, and then by age group within that division. This structure allows us to create the right balance of independence, supervision, and programming for each stage of a camper’s summer.

DIVISIONS
Camp is organized into three main divisions:

Each division is led by a Division Head, a senior staff leader responsible for the overall experience, supervision, and structure of that division.
Groups
Within each division, campers are placed into age-based groups. Each group has a dedicated Group Leader, who works closely with bunk counselors and helps oversee the day-to-day experience for that group.
