Activity Instructional
Clinics (AICs)
AICs are Lenox’s elective instructional clinics. On a weekly basis, campers choose what they want to focus on and work in a structured clinic format with college-level coaches who teach fundamentals, technique, and progression in a way that is clear and consistent.

Group Recreational
Activities
Group activities are pre-assigned and organized by grade level. They ensure every camper experiences the full range of Lenox programming across athletics, waterfront, adventure, and creative arts — including activities they may not have selected on their own.

Intramural
Leagues
Intramural leagues are a core part of the Lenox program, and every camper participates in age-appropriate league play throughout the summer. For a 5th grade girl, that might mean a friendly kickball league with lots of laughter. For teen boys, it might be a competitive 3-on-3 basketball game under the lights.

Intercamp
Tournament Play
Intercamp tournament play is the highest level of competition Camp Lenox offers. Campers can try out for grade-level teams and represent Lenox against other respected programs through both travel and home-hosted tournaments. Teams practice with purpose, compete in well-run events, and carry their Orange and Black pride in representing camp.

Private Instruction
& Development
Private instruction is available as an optional add-on for campers who want additional one-on-one coaching in a specific activity. These sessions provide focused attention and personalized feedback, and are designed to complement the regular Lenox program.

Off-Campus
Trips
Off-campus trips give campers the chance to get beyond the Lenox campus and experience the Berkshires in a different setting. Trips are scheduled throughout the summer and planned by age group so they feel appropriate and fit smoothly into the program.

Basketball AIC
Campers work on ball-handling, footwork, shooting, defense, and team play at a pace matched to their age and experience, then put it together in game-like drills and scrimmages as the week goes on.

Waterskiing AIC (Beginner / First-Timer)
First-time skiers start with the equipment and body position, then work on standing up and riding, with patient instruction and plenty of encouragement along the way. By the end of the week most campers are getting up on their own.
