Individual Sports at Camp Lenox give campers the chance to grow through personal progress. Whether they are stepping onto the tennis courts, learning new skills in gymnastics, or joining a fitness class with friends, campers get great instruction in a supportive environment.
This is a space where campers can explore different ways to move, compete, and improve. Some campers love the focus and challenge of working on a sport every day. Others enjoy trying new activities, building confidence, and discovering what they truly like.

Lenox also has the facilities and staff to make these programs feel truly top-notch while still staying fun and camp-focused. Campers play on an 11-court tennis complex with five Har-Tru clay courts and six hard courts.
Private tennis lessons are available for campers who want extra instruction, and our tennis staff includes 12 college tennis pros who bring both expertise and energy to the courts every day.

Beyond tennis, campers train and explore movement in excellent spaces across camp, including a new Gymnastics Pavilion and a Fitness Center with a spin studio. We also offer group classes like jazz, hip-hop, and Zumba that add variety and excitement to the week.
